Warranty information
Canfield Fleet Service, LLC warrants our installation(s) and/or modifications to the identified vehicle to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) from date of delivery to the original and subsequent owners.
This warranty covers only repairs, or at our option, replacement to correct any defects related to materials and workmanship of the installation or modification by Canfield Fleet Service, LLC
This warranty shall not apply to:
Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular application or use is limited to the warranty period specified above in the written warranty. Performance of repairs to materials and workmanship is the exclusive remedy under the above written warranty or any implied warranty. Canfield Fleet Service, LLC shall not be liable for consequential, incidental or economic damages (including but not limited to claims for wages or labor, material, loss of profit, personal injuries, damage to property, transportation or replacement rental expenses resulting from breach of this written warranty or any implied warranty*).
Canfield Fleet Service, LLC does not authorize any person, dealer, agent or employee to create or extend any other obligation or liability in connection with this vehicle beyond those set forth above.
*You may have other rights, which vary from state to state; some states do no allow limits on how long an implied warranty will last, or in the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
All Warranty claims must be submitted to and approved by Canfield Fleet Service, LLC prior to any work being performed by called (800) 637-3956 extension 213 and asking for the Warranty administrator. The vehicle must be delivered to Canfield Fleet Service, LLC, or such other contractor designated by Canfield Fleet Service, LLC for inspection and any warranty service. If repair is not done at our facility, a warranty claim approval number must be obtained for claim payment. Warranty claims on products of manufacturers other than Canfield Fleet Service, LLC, installed on the vehicle may be covered by a separate warranty, and on request you will be furnished information on any such written warranty and the procedures to follow.
Canfield Fleet Service, LLC reserves the sole right to inspect item(s) and/or installations and decide the best way to handle any and all claims. Items Needed for Warranty Claim:
When a part is needed for repairs, the part will be shipped freight pre-paid to the attention of the service rep handling the repair. The terms of the invoice will be net 30 days. After 30 days, if the defective part is not returned, the complete invoice will be considered due and payable. Invoices issued for parts that are returned within the 30-day period will be cleared with a credit memo. All defective parts are to be returned with a packing slip referring to the original parts shipping invoice, the VIN and the Canfield authorization number.
If an electrical condition exists, call our warranty administrator within 1 hour of starting of the vehicle. No repair approval will be given if we are not notified within this time frame.
Payment for warranty repairs will be made within 30-days of verification of completed repairs.

The weights used in these calculations are computer-generated and should not be used for licensing or other such purposes.
